Richard Wyn Pritchard 41
Managing Director
Richard is a graduate of the University of Brighton, England, holding an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering, he has had over 15 years experience in Civil Engineering, having been responsible for numerous infrastructure projects in the fields of telecommunications, transport, water, mining and energy. Richard was a successful advisor at Macquarie Bank Financial Services through the first part of this decade before returning to Engineering Management when he founded Wind Hydrogen Limited in 2005, a now Publicly Listed Renewable Energy company on the ASX. Richard has been responsible for the acquisition of a number of renewable energy assets and companies whilst Managing Director of Wind Hydrogen Limited as well as raising $20 million in equity up to and through the IPO process. Richard has a Graduate Diploma in Public Company management from The Institute of Company Directors and is a Member of The Institute of Company Directors, and a Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia.

Robert Edward Lees 53
Director and Chairman
Robert Lees is a graduate of the University of Technology, Sydney, holding a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), he also holds a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance. Robert has previously been a Director of Public Companies including Wind Hydrogen Limited which has given him experience in Renewable Energy. Robert has a long history of private practice small business advice as well as working as financial controller of a number of medium sized enterprises which has given Robert a breadth of experience in acquisitions, asset analysis and financial projections. Robert has worked on a number of IPO's and back-door listings over the last eight years and is currently company secretary for 3 listed companies. |

Martin Venier 46
Director
Martin is a Director of Australian Assured Wealth Management and is responsible for the day to day management of the Fund Management business. Martin has over 25 years experience working for major local and international financial services organisations including Australian Secured Investments Limited, Citibank, Commonwealth Bank and ING Bank. Martin's previous responsibilities and experience includes treasury risk and loan portfolio risk management, fund product development, marketing, multi-media and business development. Martin founded and was Managing Director of Australian Secured Investments Limited (AuSec), a debenture/bond issuing company. Martin holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), and a Master of Business. Martin is a member of the Australasian Compliance Institute, the Australian Ethical Investment Association and the Securities and Derivatives Industry Association. |

Graeme Lindsay Hogan 52
Company Secretary and CFO
Graeme has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He is a Fellow of the Australia Society of Certified Practising Accountants and also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries in Australia. For 41⁄2 years from mid 2003 he was the company secretary of one of the largest not for profit aged care providers in NSW & ACT which had revenue in excess of $150 million. Graeme has been a Company Secretary for over 19 years including 8 years with a number of ASX listed gold/copper companies. He was for 14 of those years the Chief Financial Officer of those companies. He has been involved in a successful IPO on the ASX and debt and equity raisings. |

Adrian
Clarke-Walker
Analyst
Adrian is a graduate of the Australian National University, holding a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Law. He is completing a Masters of Applied Finance at Macquarie University. Adrian's previous responsibilities and experience include providing advice to government on the tax and economic implications of the oil and gas reserves in the Timor sea. He has over 10 years of experience in Australian and international tax law, including the provision of advice on cross border transactions and the operation of Australia's controlled foreign company and foreign investment fund legislation. |
